Press accreditation

We thank you for the interest you take in European Le Mans Series. Journalists are welcome during the meetings, so if you wish to get an accreditation, please fill in the following form and return it by e-mail: media@lemans-series.com

Press Accreditation

Press accreditation is solely reserved to those people working for the media. It is delivered by the press department to journalists who have press cards and/or who can show an editorial office assignment concerning this event.
After validation, you will receive an email confirmation, specifying the time and place to pick up your accreditation. We send no document by post.

  • Free-lance journalists: for a first-time accreditation request, please send a recent article with your signature.
    For a renewal of last year's accreditation, please send copies of the articles you wrote about European Le Mans Series the previous year(s).
  • Websites: Thanks to specify the details regarding the size of the company you represent (number of unique visitors, number of hits, average number of pages read…)
  • Photographers: Given the number of requests, we are sorry but we cannot deliver press credential for non professional photographers.
    We remind you that it is forbidden to sell photos directly to competitors during the event.

1 mail = 1 accréditation

Accreditation requests must be sent ten days before the start of the race.

! Track and pit lane access allocation is not automatic. For safety reasons, it at the European Le Mans Series press officer's sole discretion.
In accordance with the current regulations, wearing fireproof overalls is COMPULSORY in the pit lane.

Conditions :

  1. LMEO, European Le Mans Series organizer, grants a credential for the related period of the chosen European Le Mans Series race, provided its beneficiary agrees to accept the hereunder conditions:
  2. The credential beneficiary is aware of the risks linked to motor racing danger and fully accepts them. Furthermore, the credential holder accepts the fact that some particular zones, i.e. the pit lane, pit garages, paddock, track and places neighbouring the track represent much higher risks. The holder undertakes to subscribe the relevant insurance contract necessary to cover the incurred risks such as loss, damages or injures related to the event.
  3. The credential delivered by LMEO is for its beneficiary's use only and can in no way be transferred temporarily or definitively, free of charge or sold.
  4. Any person whose presence is stated in a listed place without the relevant permit will immediately be excluded. The same is true for a pass holder staying in a zone not included in his/her credential, leading to the cancellation of his/her pass. Should this happen, LMEO reserves the right to take the pass back and keep it.
  5. The present credential is delivered in the view of information related to the event diffusion, excluding any commercial use of the services supplied in the frame of the sporting event, save LMEO’s, prior and in writing, agreement.
  6. Each quotation of European Le Mans Series shall be in accordance of the event spelling and full name.
